Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift experience.
• Previous experience with metal production or cutting.
• Must be willing to work in multiple areas of production.
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring, basic calculations).
• Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Experience operating an overhead crane or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and prepare raw materials for order fulfillment.
• Break down bulk material into customer-specific quantities and configurations.
• Package finished materials according to detailed customer specifications.
• Operate sit-down and/or side-loader forklifts to transport and position materials as needed.
• Print, apply, and verify product and shipping labels for accuracy.
• Support production flow to ensure timely completion of finished goods.
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards in all warehouse operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
