Job summary

The DAVIS Companies in Billerica, MA is seeking a dependable Warehouse / Material Handler for the evening shift (Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM). The role focuses on moving materials to support production and shipping operations.

Youll perform basic inventory in an ERP system, arrange shipments, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Candidates should have warehouse experience, familiarity with SyteLine or similar ERP, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, material handling, or shipping experience.
Basic computer skills, with experience using ERP systems or shipping software.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, with frequent walking, standing, and pushing carts throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Experience with SyteLine ERP.
Experience with FedEx shipping systems.

Responsibilities

Move materials throughout the facility using carts and manual handling.
Transport products between departments to support production and shipping operations.
Load, unload, and organize materials in designated areas.
Perform basic inventory transactions in an ERP system.
Prepare shipments and assist with labeling and packaging.
Use shipping systems, such as FedEx, to process outgoing orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
