Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Hiawatha, IA. You will issue and pull materials to support production and customer orders, assist with receiving and inventory tracking, and maintain accurate stock records.

The role requires updating spreadsheets, stocking shelves, and keeping the stockroom organized for efficient production flow. The position is on-site, with schedule Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and GMP is preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment and a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Team oriented with good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and update inventory records.
• Process material requirements from sales orders, MRP, and forms.
• Package and route machine parts and enter transactions in the system.
• Assist with tooling storage and kitting, and ensure safe, efficient stock flow.
• Load and unload materials and comply with safety policies.
