Job summary

G&W Electric Company is seeking a Material Handler I for the 2:00pm to 10:30pm shift. In this role, you will fill orders, move materials, and perform inventory transactions. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and ideally have experience in a manufacturing environment.

The position offers a pay range of $20 to $22 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Unload, move and store materials, check quantities and part numbers.
• Fill orders from storage areas and warehouse stock.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Skills

Ability to safely use pallet jacks and other manual moving equipment

Basic to intermediate computer skills

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively

Education

High School diploma or GED
