American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Goodyear is hiring a Material Handler to support our distribution center operations. You will unload, warehouse, and stage merchandise using manual and/or mechanical means in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, shift premium, and benefits, with a Front Half Evening Shift 4:00 pm - 2:00 am Sunday - Wednesday. You will ensure safety, accuracy in loading, replenishment, and order picking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or some high school.
• Adaptable to change by working within different departments.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to operate manual and automated pallet jack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority
• Sort, warehouse, stage, and load/unload cartons in an accurate, safe, and efficient manner
• Unload inbound freight/load outbound freight
• Stage outbound freight in shipping
• Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations
• Pull merchandise from racks or move merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in replenishment department
• Replenish and condense merchandise into most effective locations for order pulling in replenishment department
• Operate manual and/or mechanical equipment in a safe and effective manner and maintain proper certifications
• Ensure production and quality standards are met
• Be open to performing other duties as assigned
