Job summary

Stryker in Irvine is seeking a technician to provide technical support for engineers and scientists across various projects. You will set up, operate, and maintain testing and manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document results.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a collaborative team environment. The schedule is Monday–Friday 3:30pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed, offering comprehensive health benefits and a range of financial programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.
• Experience working in clean room environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineers and scientists on a variety of projects and initiatives.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used in testing, manufacturing, or technical processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and production issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Perform routine technical tasks following established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Assist with technical evaluations and root cause investigations to support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical data, maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, meet deadlines, and achieve operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements while supporting daily activities.
