Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented assembler to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will assemble and test medical devices, following detailed instructions to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires cleanroom experience, meticulous documentation, and the ability to work with small parts and microscope‑level precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience performing small‑part assembly and working under a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test medical devices using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Comply with company policies, quality system requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and report issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processes to engineering or supervisory staff.
• Support team success by providing hands‑on training and guidance to coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Perform precision assembly work, including tasks that require the use of a microscope.
• Contribute to the production of safe, high-quality medical devices that improve patient outcomes.
