Job summary

Cascades in Piscataway, NJ is hiring a General Labor to join our production team. You’ll be on the floor handling materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting operators in a fast-paced environment where safety comes first.

The role requires a minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to read a tape measure. We offer 12-hour shifts, overtime options, and benefits including profit sharing and health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy and ability to read tape measure, caliper and production layouts.
• Safety and quality driven mindset.
• Availability for a 12-hour shift with overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Operate machinery in a high-paced environment.
• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled.
• Clean area, secure all equipment and machinery, and complete all required paperwork.
• Assist crew and/or perform other work as needed and assigned by management.
