Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.

• Professionalism and customer-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned shift or site.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments of guards.
• Provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections.
• Fill in when needed and perform related duties.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel regarding security contract needs.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
