Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned site and perform scope of work for 3 shifts.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow and schedule assignments of janitorial staff.
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections.
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to meet contract needs.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
• Manufacturing supervision background preferred.
