Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Indianapolis site. You will lead maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment, diagnose issues, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.

The position requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work a 2:30pm–11:00pm schedule with occasional overtime or weekend work. CMMS proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organization and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and communicating in English.
• Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking and solving problems.
• Willing to perform seasonal overtime.
• Strong reading comprehension of technical documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Develop predictive maintenance strategies to improve reliability.
• Support facility maintenance including building, plumbing, and lighting.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for a safe workspace.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with the team.
• Maintain records and generate maintenance reports for management.
• Assist with spare parts inventory and procurement cooperation.
• Promote safety and participate in audits and inspections.
