Kevin’s Natural Foods seeks a maintenance associate for a Monday–Friday evening shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) with overtime as needed. You’ll perform PMs, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and keep detailed maintenance logs in a fast-paced food production facility.

Responsibilities include equipment care, line support during changeovers, and strict adherence to safety standards. Candidates need a high school diploma and 0–2 years in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of maintenance experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safe maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer literacy for completing work orders and maintenance logs.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production, packaging, and facility equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on equipment.
• Replace and adjust belts, bearings, seals, motors, and other components.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO, HazCom, and Cal/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
• Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery per PM schedules.
• Support production teams during line changeovers, startups, and setups.
• Report unsafe conditions or malfunctions to supervision immediately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
