Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Irving, TX is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain a broad range of mechanical and electrical equipment, focusing on utilities, with emphasis on safety and food-safe practices.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Self-motivated team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
• Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits and program minor PLC changes.
• Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance and TPM functions.
