Tuscan Dairy Farms, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is seeking two skilled Maintenance Mechanics to maintain production machinery, packaging lines, and utility systems. You will perform both planned and unplanned maintenance and assist with inspections while safely operating power equipment.

Role emphasizes boiler/refrigeration experience, NJ licenses if available, and the ability to work 2:00pm–10:30pm with overtime as needed. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience.
• Boiler and refrigeration experience preferred.
• Licensed boiler and refrigeration credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment.
• Operate power tools and assist with inspections and special events.
• Maintain safety and record-keeping during shifts.
