Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Utility Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across various environments. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, following safety rules, inspecting and repairing fleet vehicles and power tools, and ensuring projects meet quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and six months of related experience. Forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months in a company environment or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Follow posted safety standards and wear PPE when necessary.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles and troubleshoot power tools.
• Inspect work processes to ensure projects turn out correctly.
• Take direction and work in a team.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• May perform high-rise cleaning tasks with Boom Lift/Highlift.
