Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Utility Technician in Indiana to perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks across diverse work environments. You’ll help keep facilities running smoothly by inspecting and repairing fleet vehicles, power tools, and production equipment while adhering to safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and following directions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a current driver’s license and potential forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license with clear MVR; forklift certification may be required; safety and task trainings completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools or replace a broken component on a production machine.
• Inspect work process to ensure all projects turn out correctly.
• Take direction and work in a team with other employees.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• May utilize Boom Lift/Highlift for high rise cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
