Express Employment International (US) is seeking a machine operator for a door manufacturing environment. The role involves machining doors per product specifications, reading tickets, and performing setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.

The job requires good math, tape measure and caliper reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hours are Monday through Friday, 3:15pm to 11:30pm, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Read production tickets, door types, sizes and species.
• Perform daily startup and calibration of machine.
• Read a tape measure and caliper accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily startup and calibration of machine
• Set up machine in accordance with product/customer specifications
• Read production tickets, door types, sizes and species
• Perform general maintenance; assist with advanced maintenance
• Ability to effectively read a tape measurer and caliper is a must
• Strong math skills required; ability to read tape measure
• Must be able to stand majority of the day and lift up to 50lbs
