Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a residential living center in Denton, TX for evening shifts 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and maintain documentation while adhering to facility and agency immunization, fingerprinting, and drug-screen requirements.

Requires active TX LVN license, 2+ years nursing experience, ability to start on any day, and completion of required trainings.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered Texas LVN license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Ability to comply with facility and agency immunization requirements.
• Ability to submit to required facility and agency drug screening and fingerprinting.
• Must be available to start any day of the week.
• Must allow at least five days prior to the start date to complete all pre-employment processing.
• Completion of all required facility and agency training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.
• Deliver medication education and complete accurate documentation.
• Monitor and support the general welfare of residents.
• Perform computer data entry and electronic documentation (training provided).
• Comply with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards and directives.
