Integrated Real Estate Group in Texas is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our communities during the 2pm–10pm shift. You will follow care plans, monitor health conditions, and support residents’ well-being in a safe living environment.

Under supervision of a licensed nurse or health services director, you will administer medications, perform ADLs assistance, document records, and collaborate with care teams to ensure timely care and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN or LPN program.
• Current Texas LVN license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience; geriatric care preferred.
• Must maintain continuing education credits as required.
• Experience or training in Alzheimer's/dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident Assessment: evaluate residents' needs and identify health concerns.
• Care Delivery: assist with ADLs, hygiene and mobility with safe care.
• Health Monitoring: collect and record health information accurately.
• Treatment Implementation: administer medications per physician orders and report issues.
• Collaboration: communicate with care teams, physicians and supervisors.
• Care Planning: support implementation of individualized care plans.
• Infection Control: follow universal precautions in all care activities.
• Emergency Response: recognize emergencies and initiate appropriate actions.
• Resident Education: support residents in self-care and health practices.
