Job summary

Casa Pacifica in Camarillo, CA is seeking an LVN/LPT to provide medication management and daily care for youth in our programs. Under the Health Clinic Manager, you will administer medications, monitor health, and support clinical teams.

This full-time role requires a current LVN or LPT license, 21+ years old, and the ability to work Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have current LVN or LPT license.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Experience with Avatar EHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cares for residents and provides medical assistance.
• Administers medication following prescribed orders.
• Monitors side effects and communicates with care team.
• Documents all medication administration and nursing interventions.
• Attends training and participates in rounds with Health Services Team.
