Zusammenfassung

TEEMA Group is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a residential setting supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will administer medications, perform nursing procedures, monitor conditions, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and well-being of residents across rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Current Texas LVN/LPN license or eligibility to practice in Texas.
• American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Perform nursing procedures after competency confirmed.
• Monitor individuals and document clinical findings.
• Communicate with the healthcare team clearly and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in EHR or paper chart.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety of individuals.
• Prepare and provide education on health goals and plans.
