Job summary

TeemaGroup is seeking a licensed LVN in Texas to join our patient care team for the 4PM to 12AM shift. The role requires an active nursing license in Texas and a current CPR card, with at least 1 year of direct care experience.

You will provide patient care, manage medication administration and treatments, educate patients on medications, and document care. You must be able to pass a urine drug screen, background check, and FBI fingerprint check as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas LVN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct care nursing experience.
• Competent with advanced skills (gastrostomy tubes, Foley, tracheostomies).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
