PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee direct nursing care for residents and supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants in a licensed long-term care facility.

The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards, directs staffing, coordinates nursing services, and participates in quality assurance and discharge planning to maintain the highest standard of resident care.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in the facility.
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence to it.
• Contribute to the facility's quality assurance program and participate in surveys or inspections.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordinate nursing services for residents' care plans.
