Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food and wine; luxury property experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol; relevant certifications may be required.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant state/local certifications (food handler, alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining high-quality service.
• Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and upsell unique menu items.
• Accurately and quickly take and place orders, input into the POS system, and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures.
