Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift. You will supervise delivery of care, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with CNA staff to ensure high-quality sub-acute nursing services.

Requirements include an active Florida LPN/RN license, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of supervisory, long-term care experience. Strong documentation, MS Office proficiency, and professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN or RN license.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Supervisory and long-term care experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of resident care and assess needs.
• Develop and implement care plans; monitor progress.
• Conduct admission/discharge assessments.
• Document services for billing; maintain records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and Director of Nursing.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies.
• Assign duties to LPNs and CNAs; schedule coverage.
• Communicate with residents' families as needed.
