Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily nursing activities during the shift in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with written policies, safety programs and quality care standards.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges with proper documentation.
• Communicate with health care providers and maintain up-to-date plans and orders.
• Oversee medication administration and safety and collaborate with the Director of Nursing.
