Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living at Woodcliff Lake is seeking a compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor for a part-time from 3pm to 11pm schedule. This role leads a team of nurses and aides in the Wellness/Resident Services Center, ensuring high-quality care and smooth daily operations.

You will oversee medication administration, assist residents with ADLs, and maintain compliance with MAR and policies. Prior supervisory experience in a senior care setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with CPR certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and medication oversight.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care is a plus.
• Ability to manage ADLs and medications for residents.
• Part-time evening shift supervision (3pm–11pm).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director.
• Ensure safe and accurate administration of medications and MAR compliance.
• Provide compassionate, attentive care and support to residents to maintain quality of life.
