Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening shifts. You will provide nursing care to residents in a 79-bed long-term and transitional care setting, under supervision, and participate in medication administration and care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have unencumbered LPN license and maintain required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care needs.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care team.
