The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care (LTC), under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Administers medications, documents care, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.

This part-time evening role in Brainerd, MN, offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and shift incentives, with rotating weekends/holidays. Minnesota LPN licensure is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Minnesota is required.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
