COX HEALTHCARE LTD seeks an attentive nurse (RN or LPN) to provide high-quality resident care in our long-term care setting in Owasso, OK. You will supervise direct care staff and ensure plans are implemented correctly.

You will receive benefits including PTO and health coverage with eligibility after a brief waiting period; we value clear communication and collaborative teamwork in daily documentation and caregiving tasks.

Competenze

• Current, valid RN or LPN license.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in implementing and evaluating care plans for residents.
• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders promptly.
• Report condition changes to appropriate parties.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents/incidents.
