Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 3p-11p shift at Village Crest in New Milford, CT.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans. The ideal candidate holds a valid LPN license, demonstrates compassion, and excels in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications.

What You'll Do
