Job summary

MeadowWood Behavioral Health Hospital in New Castle, Delaware, is seeking full-time LPNs for the Evening shift (3p–11p). New grads welcome. We offer competitive wages: base pay $28.61–$31.61/hr plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope.
• Collaborate with others to meet patients' biopsychosocial needs and address complaints.
• Provide comfort and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure safe medication delivery according to orders and policies.
• Document patient symptoms and progress accurately.
