Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing in sub-acute care and assisted living.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to regulatory requirements.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
