Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time Evening shift (2p-10p) at our skilled nursing community in Lisle, IL. You will provide licensed nursing services, administer medications, and contribute to care plans under the guidance of the Nursing leadership.

Requirements include active IL LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of senior care experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and calm handling of emergencies are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license active in the state where practicing (IL).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in compliance with Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.
• Assist with admissions and assessments for new residents as needed.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Monitor clinical indicators and track infection control or wounds as directed.
• Provide health-related consultations to residents and staff and communicate changes to physicians/family.
