Job summary

William E. Christoffersen Salt Lake Veterans Home in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join a dedicated care team. Work Thursday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with compensation starting at 32.50 to 37.72 USD per hour depending on experience.

Provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate with RNs and CNAs to ensure resident comfort and quality care in a veteran-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Current Utah LPN license (or NLC-eligible).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Support resident care plans and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help residents maintain their highest level of comfort and well-being.
