Job summary

William E. Christoffersen Salt Lake Veterans Home in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care to Utah veterans.

The role offers evening shifts Thu–Sat, with pay of $40.00–$46.42/hour depending on experience. You will assess needs, administer medications, monitor health, collaborate with physicians, supervise staff, and support families in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license or NLC-eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
