Job summary

PrimeCare Medical Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work part-time evenings at the Bucks County Youth Center in Doylestown, PA. The LPN will provide comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of an RN and support electronic medical records management.

The role requires PA licensure, strong communication, and multi-tasking abilities. Prior correctional health care experience is a plus, with orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to function under supervision of an RN.
• Experience in correctional health care delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and maintain patient records.
• Maintain electronic medical records and ensure security.
• Record and manage controlled substances; document narcotics.
• Conduct sick calls and provide treatment per protocol.
• Observe, report, and document progress and participate in care planning.
