Job summary

Whispering Creek is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for evening coverage (3pm–11pm, every other weekend; .8–1.0 FTE). This role ensures residents are safe and well-cared for during the evening shift, with strong clinical judgment and clear communication.

You will perform resident assessments, administer medications, document thoroughly, and coordinate with CNAs and staff to support families as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
• Ability to work onsite in Janesville, MN.
• Solid documentation, prioritization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident assessments, nursing care, and follow-up.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Document accurately and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate with the care team and communicate with families as needed.
