Tuckerman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and PRN/Per Diem opportunities. Evening shift from 3pm to 11pm offers $30-$37/hour all-inclusive.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans with Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents, report changes to supervising nurse/physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
