Job summary

Tuckerman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville, MD seeks a dedicated LPN for full-time or PRN evening shifts (3pm–11pm). You will deliver safe, person-centered nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to follow the plan of care and physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the plan of care and physician's orders.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervisor, respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
