Job summary
The Pines at Bristol Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Bristol, CT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 3pm-11pm shift. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans for residents.

Qualifications
- Valid state license (LPN) required.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
