Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid state license (LPN).
• Compassionate, patient-focused care for elderly residents.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Commitment to regulatory standards and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervising and supporting CNAs in delivering care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
