Qualifications
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Compassionate and empathetic by nature.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged with ability to work with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health changes.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
