Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Long term care, sub-acute care, medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in assisted living under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, and diet.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality.
