TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 13-week assignment in St. Albans, VT. The role offers 8-hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a 40-hour minimum guarantee, onsite at the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN direction and within scope of practice.
• Collect, report and document objective and subjective data.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate pertinent data to RN and/or physician and document thoroughly.
• Coordinate plan of care and participate in discharge planning as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide timely patient care.
