Responsibilities

• Maintain proper daily bar setup and stock fresh garnishes, juices and perishables
• Greet guests, promote and document drink orders, mix and garnish drinks
• Input orders at POS, generate checks, balance cash and verify charges
• Receive cash, provide change, secure vouchers and balance the till
• Lock and store beverage and equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank
• Adhere to all state, federal and corporate alcohol-service rules
• Attend as required and perform other duties as assigned
