Job summary

Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. Full-Time evenings (3pm-11pm) with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends required.

You will provide direct care according to care plans, assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, support mealtime setup, and follow infection control protocols. New grads welcome and NH LNA license required.

Qualifications

• Direct care following care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols
• Accurate documentation and flow sheets
