Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot is seeking a qualified cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Minneapolis, MN. You will prepare and cook menu items to brand standards, follow recipes, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include daily prep, maintaining sanitation, assisting with inventory and logs, and supporting fellow kitchen staff to provide high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience.
• Exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and ability to perform duties in a repetitious, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and understand English to fulfill job duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items per menu, recipes, and health regulations.
• Complete all prep work and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory, logs, and temperature records as required.
• Maintain proper use of equipment and adhere to safety standards.
• Expedite items to ensure timely service and respond to guest needs.
• Support dishwashers and kitchen staff as needed.
