This position is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain required government or brand permits/certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality and presentation of dishes.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations and work with the culinary team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
