Beatrix in Chicago is hiring LINE COOKS to prepare, produce and present menu items across multiple locations including River North, Streeterville, Fulton Market, Loop and Oak Brook. The role requires the ability to follow recipes, multitask, and work weekends while maintaining high food-safety standards.

Formación

• Line cook experience preferred
• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and requests
• Work a variety of hours, including weekends
• Safely use and operate knives and kitchen tools
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Follow portioning controls and par levels
• Communicate and coordinate with coordinators and service staff
• Move and lift items as required during shifts
